To ensure that employees provide honest feedback, without fear of reprisal, SATISFYD adheres to the following commitments when managing your Voice of Employee program:
- Your feedback will not be provided to your employer with your name. All feedback is anonymous.
- Reporting will only be provided at lower levels in your organization if there are at least 4 employee responses to ensure that your feedback is not easily identifiable.
- Employee feedback will not be shared outside of your organization. Feedback scores will be aggregated to allow high-level industry benchmarks so that you can compare your performance against the industry as a whole.
Please remember that any personally identifiable information or situations that are provided in your employee survey feedback comments will make it easier for you to be identified.
