Our newly-launched Certified Dealer program is designed to recognize dealers that demonstrate consistent effort towards creating positive experiences for their customers and/or employees.
What is the Certified Dealer Program?
As part of our Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Employee programs, we’re excited to announce a new way to become recognized for all of your hard work toward growing your dealership both internally and externally.
Our Certified Dealer Program is designed for dealerships that show consistent effort towards providing exceptional customer experiences and/or outstanding employee engagement. Now, these dealers can proudly display their Certified Dealer status on their website, social channels, review sites, in print collateral, on in-store banners and anywhere else they see fit.
Certified Dealers will be selected on a yearly basis, and will receive a congratulatory letter along with several official Certified Dealer badges that they will be free to use anywhere and everywhere. Additionally, those that qualify as Certified Dealers will also be eligible to receive our annual Top Dealer Award. We believe dealerships should be recognized for their hard work.
