My survey link doesn’t work. How can I take the survey?

If your survey button is not functioning properly there are additional steps that you can take to access your survey. Underneath the survey button is a link to Satisfyd’s survey taking site http://survey.satisfyd.com/. Under the Satisfyd website link, there is a X digit code. You can past this code into the Survey ID box.  This code will allow you to take your survey as normal.
