SUB-PROCESSOR LIST

SATISFYD (Strategic Feedback, Inc.) acts as a data processor on behalf of our clients. In the course of providing our services, we engage the following sub-processors -- third-party companies that may process personal data on our behalf. We maintain Data Processing Agreements with each sub-processor listed below.

We will provide at least 30 days notice to clients before adding or replacing a sub-processor. Clients who wish to object to a new sub-processor should contact us at privacy@satisfyd.com.

AMAZON WEB SERVICES (AWS)

Country of Processing: United States
Purpose: Cloud infrastructure, application hosting, database storage, file storage, transactional SMS delivery (Amazon Pinpoint), and serverless processing (AWS Lambda).

Purpose: Transactional email delivery, including survey invitations, reminders, and application notifications.

Purpose: Sentiment analysis of survey response text.
