As the Co-Founder and CEO of Strategic Feedback, Inc., Ryan was an early adopter for managing the Customer Experience. During Ryan’s 16 years of operating the business, now known as simply “SATISFYD”, Ryan has surveyed over 10 million customers and as a result engaged to assist over 600 dealer businesses to retain more than 500,000 customers who had a variety of concerns about the services that they receive from sales, parts, rental, and service contracts.
Ryan felt that while armed with significant customer feedback information, the industry lacked an efficient methodology to organize and eventually mine such valuable information to be used. With a passion for technology, Ryan set out to build the industry’s first dedicated software application for warehousing customer feedback, organizing themes for reporting, documenting status of customer issue resolution, and measuring results. SATISFYD’s proprietary software addresses the foundational components of providing customer satisfaction at every level and is currently deployed in over 70 countries and 40 different languages.
Ryan believes that continuous improvement requires significant effort in developing customer facing personnel. Ryan has provided over a hundred in-person classes worldwide to help educate and inform business owners and their employees about the power of delivering unique and consistent experience.
Ryan participates and speaks in industry associations: (AED) Associated Equipment Dealers, (AEM) Associated Equipment Manufacturers, and (CXPA) Customer Experience Professional Association. As a leader in the (CX) Customer Experience industry, Ryan Condon has consulted with the top manufacturers of agriculture, construction, materials handling, recreational vehicles, and trucking.
Ryan’s entrepreneurial spirit came early in his career. Before founding SATISFYD, Ryan’s first job out of college was an expatriate assignment for Swiss Bank / UBS in Zurich Switzerland. Ryan worked initially on designing and implementing compensation strategies for bank key employees and then on the precious metals options trading desk. It was in this trading environment that Ryan witness the power of a small, talented, high performance team of industry experts. This experience was one of the founding principles of SATISFYD to ensure consistent delivery of high value solutions to our clients.
