SATISFYD is the sole owner of the information collected on www.satisfyd.com. SATISFYD collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

SatisfYd® is a flexible customer insight system that provides you with real-time management tools necessary to listen, react and continuously improve customer relationships. On the site, you can manage your surveys, dictate who will receive a survey, view survey responses, track issues and view your quarterly reports.
Profile
We do not store information that we collect through cookies, log files, clear gifs, and/or third parties to create a profile of our users. However, we do capture user navigation activity to provide and improve the content of the site for the user.
