SATISFYD has announced the winners of its Top Dealer Awards for 2020. Each year, equipment manufacturing dealers who have achieved best-in-class employee engagement scores from the previous year are selected by SATISFYD’s recognition program to receive a “Top Dealer” honor.
12 dealers were selected for this year’s prestigious award, all of whom have made a consistent effort to significantly improve employee engagement, according to their own employees, respectively. An Employee Engagement Award is presented only to dealer groups that demonstrate a clear commitment to their respective workforce, achieve best-in-class Net Promoter Scores and consistently work to provide employees with a positive and opportunistic working environment.
