Janie Kitzmiller joined Strategic Feedback in September 2006 with 29 years of experience in Customer Service Management, Client Relationship Building and other expertise. She came onboard as Account Manager for three Enterprise clients. She currently serves as Customer Support Manager for the SATISFYD Dealer Program and Project Manager for Jayco RV’s. Janie manages onboarding new SATISFYD dealer clients, implementing onboarding processes and configurations, training Jayco Corporate & Jayco Dealers as well as SATISFYD Dealers on the SATISFYD application and all included offerings, manages support requests and client projects for SATISFYD Dealers and Jayco RV’s. Janie also assists the SATISFYD Sales team as needed. She works on documenting processes, maintaining client records and customer retention.
Prior to coming on board with Strategic Feedback, Janie was National Accounts Logistics Manager and Clinical Trial Coordinator for PARI Respiratory Equipment for 13 years. PARI Respiratory is a manufacturer of medical devices for patients with lung diseases. Janie started working for PARI Respiratory two weeks before the company opened in the US. Joining the company in the very beginning allowed her to use a lot of past experiences with setting up company policies & implementing procedures for internal PARI departments. She trained new employees in Canada, England & Mexico. She visited and called on National Account and Clinical Trial clients in most of the United States. She visited and worked closely with colleagues in Starnberg, Germany as a team member of the group that managed International orders and shipments to many countries.
Prior to working at PARI Respiratory, Janie was Customer Service, Logistics and Warehouse Manager for Street Scenes for 16 years. She managed 40+ employees, large volume inventories, logistics, freight trafficking and Military accounts for Street Scenes which was a men’s apparel manufacturer and distributor.
Janie resides in Virginia where she has lived most of her life. She studied at John Tyler Community College. She and her husband have one daughter and 3 grandsons. Her hobbies include RV trips, boating, dancing.
