Responsibilities include but are not limed to the following:

• Earns trust from business stakeholders to translate business needs and functional value packages into implementation specifics and solution options.
• Reliably produces work-effort estimates to help stakeholders and planning teams gain project approval.
• Evaluates new technologies to drive innovation within the product.
• Understands the functions interactions and dependencies among product components.
• Subdivides the complexity of the product into smaller, manageable pieces.
• Produces whiteboard designs, wireframe mockups, and functionality prototypes ensuring that solution options comply with architectural direction and the client’s needs.
• Produces clean, efficient, reliable, and maintainable code.
• Looks for and makes recommendations for ways to improve the quality of the code-base.
• Performs unit testing on produced code.
• Engages the analyst team to plan testing activities and helps regression test the systems
• Participates in the change management process, produces documentation and helps planning deployment activities.
• Promotes tested and approved code through the environments.
• Performs infrastructure capacity planning, issue resolution, and performance tuning activities.
• Interacts with tier 1 support team to perform issue triage and resolution.
• Provides emergency / off-hours outage and disaster recovery triage and support.
• Monitors the maintenance and minor enhancement backlog queues and works to continually improve the software products.
• Supports client and vendor integrations, acting as a technical liaison through the user acceptance phase.
• Provides daily status to the team, tracking progress on a shared project timeline.
• Analyzes individual and team based work performance and provides articulate feedback and problem solving via regular retrospectives.

Qualifications and desired characteristics

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

• BA or BS preferred.
• Minimum of five years of related software development experience.
• Ability to work with SAAS, web applications and Information Security in a global environment
• Required development experience with the C# .NET language, ASP.NET framework, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Required experience working with source control systems and working with testing tools (unit testing, regression testing, load testing.)
• Preferred experience includes working with Javascript with a focus in jQuery, JSON, SOA, REST, AJAX, HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and ASP.NET MVC 4.
• Desirable experience includes working with Microsoft Visual Studio (2010 Ultimate), Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ), and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting/Analysis Services
• Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently without close supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrated aptitude and desire to quickly learn new software and technologies.
• High attention to detail.
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task
• This position requires a flexible schedule, which could on occasion include working evenings, weekends or holidays

We are in search of a Project Manager who will be directly responsible for ensuring clients receive the highest quality of service and support. This position is responsible for aspects of the client relationship, service and sales – including project planning, implementation and issue resolution.

Responsibilities include but are not limed to the following:

Project Management

• Planning the work or objectives
• Assessing and mitigating risk
• Allocation of resources
• Organizing the work
• Defining and Assigning tasks
• Directing activities
• Controlling project execution
• Tracking and Reporting progress
• Confirming the results and that the tasks were achieved
• Coordinating periodic status meetings with client to manage priorities and order of task management and manage customer expectations

System Testing – Functional and logical testing in the development, staging and production environments working with development staff

Project Scope Documentation – Tasks both individual and team related need to be entered and tracked electronically in the approved team method

Communications – Define client requests and communicate internally

Timelines – Create timelines (MS Project, Excel, Basecamp) to show client and internal leaders expectations for projects. Manage timeline expectations

Education/Training – Perform onsite and remote training sessions for individuals, groups and conferences as necessary for clients

Monitor Client Program Statistics – Gather client counts such as mailed and returned surveys and overall program response rates to validate client programs

Key Performance Indicators – Coordinate the distribution and management of client feedback in the following key areas on a predetermined schedule:
• Survey Process Administration,
• Account Management,
• Project Management,
• SATISFYD Application,
• Billing,
• Ensure SATISFYD is achieving a satisfactory or higher ratings in all areas, and address all client issues identified

Documentation – Help create and maintain Client Handbook and other client-facing documentation

In addition to Client and Project Management responsibilities there will also be some internal company management including but not limited to the following:

Sales – Supply Information for “Up-Sell”, Suggest Enhancements in line with client research, Suggest Newsletter content in line with client research

Billing – Create client projects as introduced, Communicate time allocation to all department staff, Close projects upon completion, Ensure projects billed correctly once completed, Manage client hours utilized against budgeted on a monthly basis

Documentation – Create weekly Internal Client Status Reports

Qualifications and desired characteristics

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

• Bachelors Degree required
• Prior Project Management experience with 5+ years business experience
• Proven track record in a client-facing role with the ability to manage relationships, negotiations and priorities
• Strong Technical Skills with the ability to work in a distributed environment
• MS Project, CRM tools, Quickbooks, MS Office Experience
• Detail Oriented with excellent time management, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel 25-30% of the time (US and International) as needed
• Ability to prioritize projects and tasks
• Able to hold internal and external team members accountable
• Excellent conflict resolution experience
• PMP Certification and Six Sigma experience desired
• An understanding of a manufacturing environment helpful
• This position requires a flexible schedule, which could on occasion include working evenings, weekends or holidays.

This position is located in Naperville, IL. We will consider a virtual office for right candidate with a history of success working from a home office. If virtual, the candidate must reside in the Midwest Region within 2-3 hours of the Naperville, IL office.

We are in search of a Business Development Professional who will plan and direct all aspects of Sat Pro sales policies, objectives and initiatives. This individual will possess the capability to manage the sales process from beginning to end utilizing prospecting, solution selling and closing techniques. The Business Development Professional will be a hands on sales leader while building a sales team and growing the product line.
