We are in search of a Project Manager who will be directly responsible for ensuring clients receive the highest quality of service and support. This position is responsible for aspects of the client relationship, service and sales – including project planning, implementation and issue resolution.
Responsibilities include but are not limed to the following:
Project Management
• Planning the work or objectives
• Assessing and mitigating risk
• Allocation of resources
• Organizing the work
• Defining and Assigning tasks
• Directing activities
• Controlling project execution
• Tracking and Reporting progress
• Confirming the results and that the tasks were achieved
• Coordinating periodic status meetings with client to manage priorities and order of task management and manage customer expectations
System Testing – Functional and logical testing in the development, staging and production environments working with development staff
Project Scope Documentation – Tasks both individual and team related need to be entered and tracked electronically in the approved team method
Communications – Define client requests and communicate internally
Timelines – Create timelines (MS Project, Excel, Basecamp) to show client and internal leaders expectations for projects. Manage timeline expectations
Education/Training – Perform onsite and remote training sessions for individuals, groups and conferences as necessary for clients
Monitor Client Program Statistics – Gather client counts such as mailed and returned surveys and overall program response rates to validate client programs
Key Performance Indicators – Coordinate the distribution and management of client feedback in the following key areas on a predetermined schedule:
• Survey Process Administration,
• Account Management,
• Project Management,
• SATISFYD Application,
• Billing,
• Ensure SATISFYD is achieving a satisfactory or higher ratings in all areas, and address all client issues identified
Documentation – Help create and maintain Client Handbook and other client-facing documentation
In addition to Client and Project Management responsibilities there will also be some internal company management including but not limited to the following:
Sales – Supply Information for “Up-Sell”, Suggest Enhancements in line with client research, Suggest Newsletter content in line with client research
Billing – Create client projects as introduced, Communicate time allocation to all department staff, Close projects upon completion, Ensure projects billed correctly once completed, Manage client hours utilized against budgeted on a monthly basis
Documentation – Create weekly Internal Client Status Reports
Qualifications and desired characteristics
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
• Bachelors Degree required
• Prior Project Management experience with 5+ years business experience
• Proven track record in a client-facing role with the ability to manage relationships, negotiations and priorities
• Strong Technical Skills with the ability to work in a distributed environment
• MS Project, CRM tools, Quickbooks, MS Office Experience
• Detail Oriented with excellent time management, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel 25-30% of the time (US and International) as needed
• Ability to prioritize projects and tasks
• Able to hold internal and external team members accountable
• Excellent conflict resolution experience
• PMP Certification and Six Sigma experience desired
• An understanding of a manufacturing environment helpful
• This position requires a flexible schedule, which could on occasion include working evenings, weekends or holidays.
This position is located in Naperville, IL. We will consider a virtual office for right candidate with a history of success working from a home office. If virtual, the candidate must reside in the Midwest Region within 2-3 hours of the Naperville, IL office.

We are in search of a Business Development Professional who will plan and direct all aspects of Sat Pro sales policies, objectives and initiatives. This individual will possess the capability to manage the sales process from beginning to end utilizing prospecting, solution selling and closing techniques. The Business Development Professional will be a hands on sales leader while building a sales team and growing the product line.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Entrepreneurial with a bottom-line orientation
• Ability to establish relationships at C level and down successfully
• Has the ability to turn prosects into sales opportunities with stong negotiation and closing skills
• Has the ability to aptly balance the priorities and skills of self and others to generate profitable results
• Champions the success of the business by staying on top of key business issues
• Focuses on the clients’ needs and concerns with the ability to deliver a tailored presentation
• Absorbs new information quickly and relates it to previously acquired knowledge to expand and refine one’s frame of reference
• Motivated to train salespeople on products, applications, and the basic sales techniques required to sell products and services more effectively
• Work together with other professionals in the organization to close the deal
• Willing to assist in reaching the purchasing decision-maker of the end user
• Able to react to opportunities with minimum information and preparation
• Has the ability to partner with project team after sale to transition the implementation and operational aspects of the sale.

• Proven track record in a client-facing role with the ability to manage relationships, negotiations and priorities
